We are Hiring: Legal Compliance Advisor

The Kalmar Youth Foundation is seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Legal Compliance Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Assessing and monitoring legal compliance within the organization
Developing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal guidelines
Providing guidance and training to staff on legal matters
Conducting audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions
Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
