We are Hiring: Legal Compliance Advisor
The Kalmar Youth Foundation is seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Legal Compliance Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring legal compliance within the organization
- Developing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal guidelines
- Providing guidance and training to staff on legal matters
- Conducting audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions
- Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
