Innlandet BioPharma is currently seeking a passionate and responsible Eco-Hospitality Coordinator to join our team in Innlandet, Norway. We believe in making a positive impact on society and the environment through our operations.

As an Eco-Hospitality Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing our sustainable initiatives and social responsibility programs. Your role involves ensuring that our hospitality practices align with eco-friendly standards, promoting environmental sustainability, and organizing charity events for the local community.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing eco-friendly strategies for our hospitality services
Collaborating with local organizations for community engagement and charity events
Overseeing waste management and recycling programs within our facilities
Promoting energy efficiency and sustainable practices to staff and guests
Monitoring and reporting on our social and environmental impact

Requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality, event planning, or sustainability-related roles
A passion for environmental conservation and social responsibility
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to inspire and engage others in sustainable practices
Knowledge of eco-friendly certifications and best practices is a plus
