We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team at Cargill in Minnesota as a Sustainable Travel Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing travel experiences that not only showcase the beauty of diverse destinations but also adhere to principles of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative travel itineraries that promote local cultures and minimize environmental impact
- Collaborate with local communities to ensure tourism activities benefit them economically and socially
- Evaluate and select eco-friendly accommodations, transportation, and activities for travelers
- Implement strategies to reduce waste and foster sustainable practices throughout the travel experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Environmental Studies, or related field
- Experience in tourism, event planning, or sustainable travel
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable tourism practices
