Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing innovative experiences.
Passion for sports, entertainment, and technology.
Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into real-world solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Basque is a plus.
