We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team at InnoTech Labs, located in the heart of the Capital Region of Iceland. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service and unforgettable experiences. Your role will involve seamlessly managing guest interactions, anticipating their needs, and crafting memorable moments that enhance their stay.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to exceed their expectations
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Contribute to maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
