In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging travel experiences that showcase the beauty and excitement of West Virginia's landscapes and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local partners to create unique adventure itineraries that highlight West Virginia's attractions.
- Manage logistics, bookings, and participant communication for all adventure programs.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction throughout the travel experience.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote our adventure programs and increase participation.
- Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and innovation in our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
- Proven experience in organizing and leading tourism-related activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
