We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our educational initiatives resonate with the diverse communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies
Establish and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders
Collaborate with schools to identify community needs and address them effectively
Coordinate and support community events and outreach programs
Evaluate the impact of engagement efforts and suggest improvements
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in community engagement or related roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Passion for diversity, inclusion, and community empowerment
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented work setting
