Responsibilities:

Identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with our organization's values
Developing innovative recruitment strategies to reach a diverse pool of candidates
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
Conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
Implementing onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
Organizing training programs and initiatives to promote our environmental mission

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sustainability and environmental consciousness
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
