Conduct in-depth performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
Keep abreast of industry advancements and integrate the latest sports and fitness research into program development
Work closely with the research and development team to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies for performance enhancement
Contribute to the development and execution of sports science initiatives across the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or a related field
Proven experience in performance optimization for elite athletes, preferably in a professional sports environment
Demonstrated knowledge of sports medicine, biomechanics, and exercise physiology
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive performance improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
