Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive talent searches utilizing various sourcing techniques
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and industry professionals
- Coordinate and manage the interview process from start to finish
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
