Position: Production Innovation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Lead and support cross-functional teams in driving innovation and continuous improvement projects within our production processes.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to develop and implement new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
Analyze production data, identify areas for optimization, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to keep our manufacturing processes at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
