Job Title: Community Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with customers, authors, and community partners
Organize and promote community events, book clubs, and workshops
Create engaging content for social media platforms and newsletters
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop campaigns
Provide excellent customer service and assist with book recommendations

Requirements:

Passion for books and community engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Previous experience in customer service or community relations is a plus
