Welcome to Jura Community Bookstore, where teamwork, friendliness, and a shared love for books are highly valued. We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill our open position of Community Relations Specialist.
Job Title: Community Relations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, authors, and community partners
- Organize and promote community events, book clubs, and workshops
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and newsletters
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with book recommendations
Requirements:
- Passion for books and community engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or community relations is a plus
