Position Overview:
- Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on legal matters and offer solutions to complex compliance issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and industry best practices to inform decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compliance findings to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in legal research and analysis is a plus.
