Valle d'Aosta Regional Civil Protection is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategies of our organization to ensure optimal fiscal performance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the organization's mission and goals.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation.
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and analysis.
Strong knowledge of financial software and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams.
