About the Role:

As the Production Operations Manager at Fiberline Networks AB, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and safety, and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Oversee production schedules and resource allocation
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
Proven experience in a similar production management role
Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and cost savings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment
Fluency in Swedish and English is preferred
