Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to identify compliance issues
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
