Your Role:

Lead and develop creative initiatives to engage with local communities and youth
Foster partnerships with schools, organizations, and individuals to promote youth development through innovative projects
Coordinate and oversee events that bring people together through the spirit of camaraderie and growth
Work closely with teammates to infuse creativity and inclusivity into all aspects of our programs
