We Are Hiring: Director of Creative Expression and Outreach
The Lombardy Foundation for Research on Autism Spectrum Disorders (FLIRDA) is seeking a visionary individual to fill the role of Director of Creative Expression and Outreach. This position involves leading and innovating at the intersection of art, technology, and community engagement.
About FLIRDA:
FLIRDA is a pioneering organization dedicated to research, awareness, and support for individuals on the autism spectrum. Our mission is to promote understanding and inclusivity through a multi-faceted approach that includes art, science, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies for digital and traditional media outreach
- Lead campaigns to increase public awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with artists, researchers, and community partners to create impactful projects
- Oversee the production of multimedia content for various platforms
- Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Media Studies, Communications, Visual Arts, etc.)
- Proven experience in creative direction, media production, or community engagement
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Passion for promoting diversity, inclusion, and social impact
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders or experience working in related fields is a plus
