Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outdoor Recreation Specialist to develop and oversee recreational activities that harness the breathtaking surroundings of the Western Highlands. You will lead the design and implementation of outdoor programs focused on wellness, adventure, and nature appreciation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and coordinate outdoor fitness programs tailored to various skill levels and age groups
Organize and lead hiking, trail running, and orientation events
Collaborate with local experts to offer engaging outdoor workshops and events
Develop nature-based physical fitness and mindfulness activities
Ensure participant safety and environmental sustainability in all activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in outdoor education, fitness instruction, or similar role
Demonstrated understanding of sustainable outdoor recreation practices
Passion for promoting health and wellness through outdoor activities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
First aid and CPR certification preferred
