Role Overview: As an Adventure Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating, organizing, and overseeing a range of exciting outdoor activities that capture the essence of the Asturias landscape. This includes coordinating outdoor events, promoting adventure tourism, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute a variety of outdoor adventures, such as hiking, rock climbing, and nature excursions
Create and manage engaging experiences that cater to diverse audiences, from families to thrill-seekers
Collaborate with local experts to develop unique, immersive activities that showcase the natural wonders of Asturias
Implement safety protocols and risk management strategies to ensure the well-being of all participants
Drive promotional initiatives to increase awareness of our adventure experiences within the region and beyond
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a sense of enthusiasm among all participants
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our adventure offerings through feedback and innovation

Qualifications:

Passion for outdoor activities and a deep appreciation for nature
Proven experience in coordinating or organizing adventure-based events or programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to dynamic and unpredictable environments
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
First aid certification and knowledge of outdoor safety protocols preferred
