Position Overview:
We are looking for a visionary professional to oversee and enhance our wellness and rehabilitation programs. The Director will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to optimize the health and recovery of our patrons through holistic and personalized approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional wellness programs.
Design and implement initiatives to enhance the physical and mental well-being of individuals through engaging activities and therapies.
Collaborate with external partners and experts to bring cutting-edge practices to our services.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold the highest standards of care and safety.
Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing and managing successful wellness or rehabilitation programs.
