We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to fill the role of Community Support Coordinator. This position plays an integral part in ensuring the smooth coordination of resources and services for the children and families we serve.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the efficient movement of resources to support the organization's outreach programs
Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery of essential items
Manage inventory and supplies to meet the needs of various community support initiatives
Work closely with our team to identify transportation requirements for community events
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience in resource coordination or related fields
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
Understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity in service delivery
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for inventory management and communication
