Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance visitor experiences at our archaeological sites.
Create personalized itineraries focusing on a blend of culture, leisure, and education.
Collaborate with local partners to curate unique events and activities.
Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate strong relationships with guests.
Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at sustainable tourism and cultural preservation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Tourism, Cultural Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
Passion for history, culture, and sustainable travel practices.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
