Position: Production Innovation Specialist
As a Production Innovation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and advancement of our manufacturing processes for water sports equipment. You will work closely with our engineering and design teams to conceptualize, test, and implement innovative manufacturing techniques to enhance our product range.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes
- Research and implement new technologies to improve production efficiency
- Conduct regular quality control checks and propose adjustments to manufacturing procedures
- Create detailed documentation for new manufacturing processes and provide training to production teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology
Requirements:
