Position Available: Eco-Cultivation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Implement eco-friendly farming practices to support our textile production processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers to source sustainable materials
- Monitor crop health and growth to ensure quality and quantity standards are met
- Collaborate with our design team to create innovative, nature-inspired fashion pieces
- Conduct research on sustainable agriculture techniques and implement best practices
Requirements:
- Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience in sustainable farming practices preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Passion for sustainability and community development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
