Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and expert handling of client inquiries.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing client concerns and ensuring swift resolution of issues.
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience through valuable insights and proactive engagement.
Collect and analyze client feedback to drive process improvements and service enhancements.
Contribute to the development of best practices and strategies for optimizing client interactions and overall satisfaction.

Requirements:

A proven track record in delivering exceptional client service, preferably within the hospitality, event management, or related industry.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to empathize, problem-solve, and build rapport with clients effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve positive outcomes for clients and the business.
Strong analytical skills, capable of translating client data and feedback into actionable improvements and innovative solutions.
