Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop innovative designs that align with the company's vision
Cultivate a creative environment that fosters collaboration and forward-thinking ideas
Evaluate market trends and incorporate cutting-edge design elements into our cycling products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts are executed efficiently and effectively
Contribute to the overall artistic direction and visual identity of the Kalmar Cycling Club brand

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a creative role with a background in design or a related field

Strong proficiency in design software and tools
