The Singapore Turf Club, nestled in the scenic North Region, prides itself on upholding values of excellence, social responsibility, and environmental awareness. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Community Engagement Specialist.
As a Community Engagement Specialist at Singapore Turf Club, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful relationships with various community stakeholders, including local residents, government bodies, and non-profit organizations. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing outreach programs that align with our commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design community initiatives that promote positive impact
- Organize events and activities to engage with diverse community groups
- Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing engagement efforts and propose improvements
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to community outreach
- Support the development of corporate social responsibility strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Communications, etc.)
- Prior experience in community engagement or related areas is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the community
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
