The Singapore Turf Club, nestled in the scenic North Region, prides itself on upholding values of excellence, social responsibility, and environmental awareness. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Community Engagement Specialist.

As a Community Engagement Specialist at Singapore Turf Club, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful relationships with various community stakeholders, including local residents, government bodies, and non-profit organizations. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing outreach programs that align with our commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to design community initiatives that promote positive impact
Organize events and activities to engage with diverse community groups
Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing engagement efforts and propose improvements
Track and report on key performance indicators related to community outreach
Support the development of corporate social responsibility strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Communications, etc.)
Prior experience in community engagement or related areas is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for driving positive change and making a difference in the community
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
