Legrand is seeking a dedicated and proactive Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team in Île-de-France. We are looking for a talented professional who can ensure our company operates within legal guidelines and handles all legal and regulatory compliance matters with precision.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to identify potential compliance issues.
Collaborate with various departments to address compliance concerns and provide guidance on legal matters.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and recommend necessary actions.
Work closely with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies when necessary.
Prepare and deliver compliance training to employees at all levels.
Assist in the development of compliance risk management strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role.
Excellent understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Fluency in French and English.
