Legrand is seeking a dedicated and proactive Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team in Île-de-France. We are looking for a talented professional who can ensure our company operates within legal guidelines and handles all legal and regulatory compliance matters with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential compliance issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to address compliance concerns and provide guidance on legal matters.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and recommend necessary actions.
- Work closely with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies when necessary.
- Prepare and deliver compliance training to employees at all levels.
- Assist in the development of compliance risk management strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
