Molise Culinary Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Legal Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will ensure that our operations adhere to all legal regulations and industry standards to maintain the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits to evaluate compliance with legal requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance across all departments.
Collaborate with internal teams to address any compliance issues and provide guidance on best practices.
Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
Provide training and educational resources to staff members to increase awareness of legal requirements.
Investigate any potential legal concerns and take appropriate actions to resolve them.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of legal regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
