Position Available: Agricultural Steward

Job Description:

Manage and maintain the agricultural land surrounding the distillery, ensuring it thrives in harmony with nature
Work closely with our master distillers to source the finest barley and grains for our premium spirits
Implement sustainable farming practices to uphold the integrity of our products and the environment
Collaborate with local farmers and suppliers to support the agricultural community
Contribute to the development of new products through your expertise in agricultural practices

Requirements:

Degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or related field
Proven experience in agricultural stewardship with a focus on sustainability
Passion for the Scottish countryside and its agricultural heritage
Strong work ethic and a meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
