Join Us as a Marine Life Experience Curator at Genoa Aquarium!
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team at Genoa Aquarium as a Marine Life Experience Curator. As a curator, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors through the fascinating world of marine life.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive exhibits showcasing marine life in innovative ways.
- Collaborate with the research team to incorporate the latest scientific discoveries into the visitor experience.
- Lead educational programs and guided tours to engage visitors of all ages.
- Implement strategies to enhance visitor understanding and appreciation of marine conservation.
- Work closely with the animal care team to ensure the well-being of the aquatic residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology, Zoology, or related field.
- Prior experience in aquariums, zoos, or similar environments preferred.
- Passion for marine conservation and environmental education.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
