As a Compliance Specialist at AST, you will:

Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Develop and implement compliance procedures and policies across various projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal challenges and optimize processes.
Monitor and evaluate legal risks associated with business operations and provide mitigation strategies.
Prepare accurate reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates with:
