Position Available: Adventure Experience Specialist
We are looking for a talented Adventure Experience Specialist to curate unforgettable experiences that celebrate the beauty and culture of Mississippi. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing immersive adventures that captivate our visitors and bring a sense of wonder and excitement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design unique and engaging adventure itineraries that highlight Mississippi’s rich heritage and natural beauty
- Coordinate with local vendors, attractions, and accommodations to ensure seamless experiences
- Lead adventurous excursions and provide exceptional customer service to all participants
- Stay updated on tourism trends and incorporate innovative ideas into our offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our adventures and attract new audiences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in planning and organizing tourism or recreational activities
- Passion for exploring and sharing the unique stories of Mississippi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols for outdoor activities
