Position: Guest Experience Coordinator
Location: Baden-Württemberg, Germany
As a Guest Experience Coordinator at FRAKO, you will be responsible for orchestrating seamless and memorable experiences for our visitors, focusing on providing exceptional service and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will collaborate with various teams to coordinate guest activities, address inquiries, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and requests to ensure prompt and personalized responses
- Coordinate guest activities, tours, and events to enhance their overall experience
- Work closely with different departments to maintain a high standard of service throughout the visitor journey
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to elevate the guest experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
