We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team:
Position: Wellness Concierge
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to guests
- Offer personalized recommendations for wellness activities and treatments
- Ensure guests have a seamless and memorable stay
- Coordinate with various departments to meet guest needs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for wellness and hospitality
- Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
