Position: Agri-Tech Solutions Manager

Joining PwC Kenya as the Agri-Tech Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of technology-driven initiatives in the agricultural sector. Your role will involve designing and executing strategies to integrate advanced technological solutions, such as precision farming, agricultural drones, and data analytics, into the rural economy. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize agricultural processes, improve resource management, and facilitate sustainable agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions to address agricultural challenges
Collaborate with industry partners and government agencies to drive technological advancements in rural communities
Oversee technology adoption and provide training to rural entrepreneurs and agricultural professionals
Analyze data and provide insights to optimize agricultural operations, enhance productivity, and ensure sustainable development
Develop and execute strategies to promote agri-business and rural economic growth through technology

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field
Proven experience in agricultural technology, rural development, or related fields
Demonstrated leadership in implementing technology solutions for agricultural or rural projects
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Passionate about driving innovation in the agriculture sector and contributing to rural development
