Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement customized training programs to meet individual and group performance goals
Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations, including movement analysis and functional assessments
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate performance enhancement strategies into patient care plans
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in performance enhancement and injury prevention

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, or equivalent qualification
Proven experience working with athletes or individuals in a performance-focused setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
