Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs to promote a healthy workplace culture
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute health promotion strategies
Oversee health education initiatives and initiatives that focus on physical, mental, and emotional well-being
Evaluate and analyze workplace health data to make informed decisions
Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in developing and managing wellness programs
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Advanced degree in a related field preferred
Certifications in wellness coaching or related areas a plus
