Chugach Alaska Corporation is seeking a visionary and dedicated individual to join our team as Chief Wellness Officer. This leadership role will drive our mission to enhance quality of life and well-being within our organization, aligning healthcare initiatives to our values and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs to promote a healthy workplace culture
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute health promotion strategies
- Oversee health education initiatives and initiatives that focus on physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Evaluate and analyze workplace health data to make informed decisions
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing and managing wellness programs
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred
- Certifications in wellness coaching or related areas a plus
