Position: Development and Growth Specialist
Location: Andalusia, Spain
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities within our business landscape
- Lead the planning and execution of key development projects
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for potential real estate ventures
- Collaborate with external partners to identify and secure new property development opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive research and due diligence on potential expansion and development ventures
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of local and regional real estate markets
- Support the implementation of innovative strategies to enhance our real estate portfolio
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to property development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategic development, project management, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of real estate and construction practices is advantageous
