Position: Development and Growth Specialist

Location: Andalusia, Spain

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities within our business landscape
Lead the planning and execution of key development projects
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation
Analyze market trends and provide insights for potential real estate ventures
Collaborate with external partners to identify and secure new property development opportunities
Conduct comprehensive research and due diligence on potential expansion and development ventures
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of local and regional real estate markets
Support the implementation of innovative strategies to enhance our real estate portfolio
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to property development

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in strategic development, project management, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluency in Spanish and English
Knowledge of real estate and construction practices is advantageous
