Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and enhancing our hotel's eco-friendly initiatives
Collaborate with local farmers and suppliers to source sustainable ingredients for our restaurant
Organize educational workshops and events to raise awareness about environmental conservation
Monitor and analyze the hotel's ecological footprint and suggest improvements

Requirements

Passion for sustainability and environmental protection
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in project management is a plus
Knowledge of local agricultural practices and rural life
