About the Role:

Develop visually appealing and impactful materials for retail banking services, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects that enhance customer experiences
Utilize your design expertise to craft compelling visual narratives that resonate with our diverse client base
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative design strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative offerings

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design, visual storytelling, and user experience principles
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, highlighting your creative and artistic abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished design solutions
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to bring creative visions to life
