Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior care facilities and providers
Understand industry trends and challenges to provide strategic financial advice

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements affecting the senior care sector

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in relationship management or business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of financial products and services
Understanding of the senior care industry is a plus
