As a key player in our Agriculture Innovation Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading cutting-edge research initiatives aimed at enhancing crop yield, soil health, and water management strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with local farmers, industry experts, and government agencies to implement innovative practices that drive productivity and environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute field trials to assess the effectiveness of new agricultural technologies.
