Responsibilities:
- Design and coordinate wellness retreat programs
- Provide guidance and support to guests throughout their stay
- Organize recreational activities and cultural excursions
- Create a welcoming and nurturing environment for guests
- Collaborate with wellness experts to enhance the retreat experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for promoting health and well-being
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of holistic wellness practices is a plus
