Position Available: Wellness Program Coordinator
As a Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing wellness programs that promote healthy living and sustainability through engaging and innovative initiatives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with local communities, businesses, and organizations to drive and expand our wellness initiatives across the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute wellness programs and events that align with the company's mission and values
- Collaborate with local partners to organize and promote wellness initiatives
- Educate and inspire others about the benefits of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle
- Lead a team of wellness enthusiasts to drive engagement and participation
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact and success of wellness initiatives
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in wellness and sustainability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination and event planning
- Passion for health, fitness, and sustainability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
