Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with local partners to create immersive and authentic travel experiences
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the tourism industry
- Plan and organize events or activities to promote sustainable tourism practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in destination management or sustainable tourism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
