We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Community Outreach Coordinator. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with various community partners to promote blood donation awareness and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with local schools, businesses, and community events
Organize and host blood drives to encourage donation among diverse groups
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling campaigns
Educate the public on the importance of blood donation and its impact on saving lives
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and analyze effectiveness

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Proven experience in community outreach or event coordination preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Passion for making a positive impact in the community
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
