We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Community Outreach Coordinator. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with various community partners to promote blood donation awareness and participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with local schools, businesses, and community events
- Organize and host blood drives to encourage donation among diverse groups
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling campaigns
- Educate the public on the importance of blood donation and its impact on saving lives
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and analyze effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Proven experience in community outreach or event coordination preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for making a positive impact in the community
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
