Position: Community Engagement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead community initiatives focused on education, health, and sustainable development.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local stakeholders and community members.
- Implement strategies to support marginalized groups and uplift communities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects align with our commitment to social responsibility.
- Evaluate the impact of community programs and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience in community engagement or social responsibility roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities and the ability to work in a team environment.
