Position: Security Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security procedures to protect the hotel property and assets
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies
- Train and supervise security personnel to ensure adherence to security protocols
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
