Position: Security Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security procedures to protect the hotel property and assets
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies
Train and supervise security personnel to ensure adherence to security protocols
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments

Requirements:

Previous experience in security or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
